Animal Flow is a Quadrupedal Movement Training (QMT) system designed to help improve strength, flexibility, body control, and coordination. It is challenging, creative and fun! In this free 1 hour taster session we will cover some of the Animal Flow components, and put them together to finish off the session with our very own Flow.
